The MediCell Centrifuge is purpose-built to run both PRP and PRF protocols on a single machine. Swing-out rotor design, intelligent safety systems, and a compact footprint make it ideal for clinics adding platelet-rich therapy to their service offering — or upgrading from an older unit.

Horizontal Swing-Out Rotor — 8 × 15mL Capacity

Built around an 8-tube horizontal rotor sized for standard 17 × 127mm PRP/PRF tubes. The horizontal swing design delivers optimal layer separation while minimising sample disruption during the spin. Imbalance detection with automatic safety cut-off prevents shaking and noise during operation.

High-Performance Speed Range

500 to 4200 RPM in 10 RPM steps, with maximum relative centrifugal force of 2760×g. The PRP rotor protocol runs cleanly at 3500 RPM / 1917×g — proven for clinic-grade platelet recovery.

Controlled Acceleration and Deceleration

Gradual speed changes ensure maximum stability and superior sample integrity. Imbalance detection with auto safety cut-off keeps every spin within safe operating limits.

Digital Control Panel with RPM/RCF Conversion

Easy-to-read display showing speed, time, RCF, and rotor selection. Up to 99 user-programmable protocols for one-touch recall of PRP, PRF, and custom spins. ±10 RPM speed accuracy. Timing range 0–99 minutes.

Maintenance-Free Brushless DC Motor

Long-life brushless motor with intelligent ventilation and motor heat control. 400W power draw. Quiet operation at ≤60 dB(A) — comfortable for any clinical environment.
